Terms of use

What this site is

Whitecap Dunes Review is an independent information site about Dakota Dunes Resort. It is not the hotel's official website and is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with Whitecap Dakota Nation, Dakota Dunes Resort or the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority. Names of the resort, its venues and its programmes belong to their owners and are used here only to describe them.

Room requests

Sending the room-request form does not create a reservation or a contract. It asks the site's desk to check availability and price. Any reservation that follows is made with, and confirmed by, the hotel or a booking partner, under that party's terms, prices and cancellation rules, which the guest should read before accepting. This site does not take payments. It may receive a commission from the hotel or partner, as described on where our money comes from.

Accuracy

The information on this site is gathered from the resort's published pages and other named sources and dated where it matters. Hotels change prices, hours, programmes and facilities, sometimes without notice, and published sources sometimes disagree. The site is provided as is, without a guarantee that every detail is current, and important details should be confirmed with the resort before travel.

Gambling

This site does not offer gambling, does not link to online gambling and does not promote casino offers. The casino near the hotel is described only for completeness. Casino areas in Saskatchewan are for adults aged 19 and over.

Links

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. This site is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Content and images

The text of this site is original and may not be copied in bulk without permission; short quotations with a link are welcome. The images are generated illustrations, not photographs of the resort, and are labelled as such.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, this site is not liable for losses arising from reliance on its information, from decisions to book or not to book, or from the acts of the hotel, booking partners or other third parties.

Ask the desk to find a room at Dakota Dunes

The form goes to the room desk of this guide, not to the resort. The desk checks the dates against the hotel's reservations team or a booking partner and answers by email with what is available and what it costs. No card details are asked for here, and sending the form books nothing.
