A request costs nothing and books nothing. The desk checks the dates and writes back with what the hotel or a booking partner can offer.

The form at the bottom of this page, also found on every other page of the site, sends a request to the room desk of Whitecap Dunes Review. It is not the resort's booking engine and it is not a reservation. The desk reads each request, checks availability and price for those dates with the hotel's reservations team or with a booking partner, and answers by email. Only when the guest accepts an offer is a reservation made, by the hotel or the partner, under their terms.

What helps the desk

Dates in the YYYY-MM-DD format, with the departure after the arrival.
The number of guests, including children, and whether a rollaway or crib would be needed.
The room type, or the reason for a preference: a golf view, a desk for work, a second floor because of a dog.
Any event the stay is built around: a round of golf, a concert at the casino, a wedding in the conference centre.
Access needs, described as precisely as possible, so the desk can ask the hotel the right questions.

Hold a room without a confirmed reservation from the hotel or the partner.
